-Completely revamped Pokemon Stats
-When a gymleader is promoted, it will appear on the gym (open or closed)
-Added a level cap verb for admins, allowing the immediate change of level cap for certain ranks
-A bunch of other things I completely forgot over the span of trying to fix it for 4 months
Extra Notes:
Unfortunately, we couldn't add attack states due to the extra lag that it gave, but Ishuri identified why it gave off lag. It's going to be a difficult process, and we decided we want all Pokemon to have attack states before we add them.
